Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 :- Kovalm

    You are greatly Welcomed on arrival at Trivandrum International Airport / Railway station by the Genius Holidays crews are transfer to you at kovalam Beach Resort.

    Kovalam is a beach town by the Arabian Sea in Trivandrum, It is located around 18KM south of the city centre. Kovalam means a grove of coconut trees and true to its name the village offers an endless sight of coconut trees.
    Kovalam has three beaches separated by rocky outcroppings in its 17 km coastline, the three together form the famous crescent of the Kovalam beach.

    • Lighthouse Beach : - The southernmost beach, the Lighthouse Beach is the one most frequented by tourists; Lighthouse Beach got its name due to the old Vizhinjam Lighthouse located on a 35 meter high on top of the Kurumkal hillock. The lighthouse is built using stones, is colored in red and white bands and enjoys a height of 118 feet. Its intermittent beams at night render the beach with an unearthly charm.

    • Hawah Beach : - Eve’s Beach, more commonly known as Hawa Beach, ranks second, in the early day, is a beehive of activities with fishermen setting out for sea. With a high rock promontory and a calm bay of blue waters, this beach paradise creates a unique aquarelle on moonlit nights.

    • Samudra Beach : - A large promontory separates this part from the southern side. Samudra Beach doesn't have tourists thronging there or hectic business. The local fishermen ply their trade on this part. On arrival Check-in to the Hotel Beach Resort, Rest of the time you can relax and Enjoy these beaches overnight stay at Hotel. .

  • Day 2 :- Trivandrum

    Today morning after breakfast you can go for Trivandrum city which includes Sri Padmanabha swamy Temple, Horse Palace, Napier Museum, Zoo and the Sri-Chitra Art Gallery. After drive back to the Hotel for lunch. Evening free to enjoy on the beaches, overnight stay at Hotel Beach Resort. .

  • Day 3 :- Kollam

    Morning start from kovalam after breakfast our crews transfer to you the Marvellous Backwater Resort, at Kollam. Kollam Beach also known as Mahatma Gandhi Beach, is a beach at Kollam city in the Indian State of Kerala. Kollam Beach is the first 'Beach Wedding Destination' in Kerala. The beach also features a park of international standard, the Mahatma Gandhi Park, which was Inaugurated on 1 January 1961 by the Vice President of India, Zakir Hussain. Kollam beach Is one among the few beaches in Kerala with a lifeguard outpost. Lifeguards were stationed at The beach from 2005. As of July 2015 Kovalam, Kollam is one among the three beaches in south Kerala with lifeguard outposts. .

  • Day 4 :- Alappuzha

    Today early morning we are start from Kollam, after breakfast to Alleppy . Alappuzha is considered to be The oldest planned city in this region and the lighthouse built on the coast of the city is the first of its Kind along the Laccadive Sea coast. Alappuzha is home to the Punnapra-Vayalar uprising against the British and also the revolt against the Feudal raj. Communist Party members were killed by the army of the diwan, 200 people at Punnapra on 24 October and more than 150 at Vayalar on 27 October 1946. The total loss of life is allegedly estimated To be More than a thousand. Coir is the most important commodity manufactured in Alappuzha. The Coir Board was established by The Central Government of India under the provisions of the Coir Industry Act, 1955. A Central Coir Research Institute is located at Kalavoor .It is an important tourist destination in India.The Backwaters of Alappuzha is the most popular tourist Attraction in Kerala. A houseboat cruise in these backwaters can be connects with Kumarakom and Cochin to the North and Quilon to the South, it is the access point for the annual Nehru Trophy Boat Race, held on the Punnamada Lake, near Alappuzha, on the second Saturday of August every year. This Is the most competitive and popular of the boat races in India the mullackal chirap is also one of the Attractions of Allapuzha which is the festive season held for ten days every year in December.   • Day 5 :- Thekkady

    Morning start from Alappuza continue drive to Thekkady, is the location of the Periyar National Park, Which is an important tourist attraction in the Kerala state of India. Thekkady is located near to Kerala- Tamil Nadu border. The sanctuary is famous for its dense evergreen, semi-evergreen, Moist deciduous forests and savanna grass lands. It is home To herds of elephants, sambar, tigers, gaur, lion-tailed macaques and Nilgiri langurs. The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is spread across 777 km2 (300 sq mi), of which 360 km2 (140 sq mi) is thick Evergreen forest. The wildlife sanctuary was declared a tiger reserve in 1978. The splendid artificial lake Formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam across the Periyar River adds to the charm of the park. The greatest Attractions of Periyar are the herds of wild elephants, deer and bison that come down to drink in the Lake. The sanctuary can be accessed through a trekking, boating or jeep safari. Thekkady is considered a haven for natural spices such as black Pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, nutmace, ginger, and clove. Overnight stay at Hotel. .

  • Day 6 :- Munnar

    Munnar is a town and hill station located in the Idukki district of the south-western Indian state of Kerala. Munnar is situated at around 1,600 metres (5,200 ft) above mean sea level, in the Western Ghats Mountain Range. Munnar is called "Kashmir of South India" and known for Honeymoon Trip. The name Munnar is believed to mean "three rivers", referring to its location at the confluence of the Mudhirapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly rivers. It’s surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations established in the best of 19th Century. In the early morning depart from thekkady to Munnar enjoying the scenic beauty and the fabulous waterfalls, high mountains, with the low flying clouds passing by. On the way to Munnar you can see tea gardens spread little like a green Carpet over hundreds of kilometres, lush green hills a place so difficult to explain, very low population too far from pollution, most of the area covered by Tata tea,KannanDevan Tea etc..... .

  • Day 7 :- In Munnar

    Early morning we can go for sightseeing in Munnar. Which includes Mattupetty, Eco-Point, Tea Museum and pothamedu.Overnight stay at Hotel,.

  • Day 8 :- Cochin

    Cochin is a city in southwest India’s coastal area in Kerala State. It has-been a port since 1341, when a flood carved out its harbour and opened it to Arab, Chinese and European merchants. Site reflecting those influences include FortKochi is a settlement with tiled colonial bungalows and diverse houses of worship. Cantilevered Chinese fishing nets, typical of Cochin, have been in use for Centuries. Morning after breakfasts proceed to Cochin-The Queen of Arabian Sea. On arrival Check-in to the hotel after refreshing you can go for sightseeing of Cochin, which includes the Jewish Synagogue, Mattanchery Palace, St.Francis Church and the Chinese fishing nets, after overnight stay at Hotel. .

  • Day 9 :- Departure
